These toxic habits may be aging you faster than you think. Here are the things that could be affecting how old you look and feel.

1. You don’t drink enough water:-
Drinking enough water is simply a habit to get into, but not many of us are maintaining that habit. Hydration is incredibly important though for our cells to promote healthy aging. Thanks to its hydration properties which makes our skin looks brighter and puffier. Dehydrated skin looks dull, have wrinkles and it does not look attractive.
2. You eat too many processed foods:-
Life is getting busier and we are in hurry to get premade foods and that food is mostly junk containing refined carbs and sugar, and all ingredients that contribute in faster aging. Counteract this age by instead eating real, whole foods, including a variety of vegetables and fruits, whole grains, and lean protein.
3. You don’t eat enough fat:-
Monosaturated and Polysaturated fatty acids (MUFA and PUFA) rich foods like nuts, seeds, fatty fish, are incredible skin boosting foods. They contain good amount of antioxidant , omega 3 fatty acids ,etc. One of the biggest signs that you're not eating enough fat is dry skin, which can speed up the appearance of aging.
4. You slouch while sitting :-
Slumping in front of a keyboard for hours on end can cause your spine to form an unattractive and potentially harmful hunched posture over time.
As you ages your muscles, back bones will get weaken and you will suffer from pain and complication.
Instead to avoid this keep your ears ,hips and shoulder in straight line and take brake every 30 minutes.
5. Stop smoking(or avoid it) :-
If you are a hard core smoker then quitting smoking will be the best decision of your life. Cigarette smoking puts your overall health at risk, which includes the health of your skin. Cigarettes contain toxins that can cause premature aging and other skin conditions, including skin cancer. If you already have a skin condition, smoking can worsen its symptoms.

5.You aren't getting enough sleep:-
We all want to sleep more, and yet sleep seems to be a constant struggle for many of us. Hectic schedules, stress, and a disruptive environment are just some of the factors that make it harder to get the sleep we need. But we do need it: Sleep is the foundation of good health.
